ProPlanner by Ipsum is a Software as a Service (Saas) for scheduling and planning construction projects based on the Last Planner methodology. With key integrations with CPM software (such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project) and BIM (IFC files from Navisworks or REVIT), ProPlanner provides a platform for creating/updating master schedules, lookaheads and weekly work plans.

ProPlanner by Ipsum is a robust, high-quality scheduling software that is helping builders better plan, execute and deliver their projects. By championing vital integrations, data-rich analytics, enjoyable user-interface and easy-to-use functionality, ProPlanner is a fantastic tool to ensure projects are built efficiently and effectively. As it relates to scheduling, we liked its integrations with 3rd-party CPM softwares, which removes double-entry or manual entry. And once a CPM is captured, ProPlanner helps production managers quickly create lookaheads and weekly work plans. Not only that, but ProPlanner can also import your BIM design, ensuring that each BIM component is captured and reflected in the construction schedule. Outside of scheduling, ProPlanner provides a management dashboard that gives users oversight of your entire project portfolio, with quantitative and qualitative data reporting. Worth noting, ProPlanner can also be used to store project information, such as drawings, photos and contracts. All-around, we really enjoyed this product.
