Genda is a site manager`s personal assistant. We provide real-time clarity about resources (labor, equipment, assets, etc.) location, track status of deliverables, and automate repetitive time-intensive tasks, which allows managers to maintain their focus on jobsite responsibilities. This "worker-friendly" RTLS (Real-Time Location System) operates using IoT sensors and smartphones in order to collect useful and actionable resource data from the field. Then using machine learning and AI, Genda automatically updates project progress, automates processes, and provides jobsite visibility to site managers and office personnel, thus enabling project teams to make smart, data-driven decisions, eliminate waste, and reduce safety incidents across project sites.

Genda is one of the best RTLS products we have evaluated here at Blue Collar Labs. Truly a product "built by builders and for builders", Genda focuses on a minimalistic, easy-to-use approach. Whereas other RTLS products may require purchasing numerous hardware devices plus scheduling a deployment team in order to establish a data collection network, Genda offers IoT sensors and a software subscription. And by simply affixing the sensors to specific project locations (in a Do It Yourself manner), builders can start collecting data from their jobsites immediately. Plus, in light of the recent pandemic (such as COVID-19), Genda provides a solution that helps companies comply with new health regulations that help keep jobsites running.
